ScreenFilm™ 5.0 Machine Setup & Operation

Axiom Armor ScreenFilm™ 5.0 Machine – Step-by-Step Instructions

Setup

  • Remove the machine from the box and plug it into power.
  • Turn the machine on.
  • Open the lid and remove the Styrofoam block that protects the blade during shipping.
  • Connect the machine to your Wi-Fi (supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks).
⚠️ Note: Do not use the automatic installer on devices with cracked or damaged glass, as the vacuum suction may cause further damage.

Load the Film

  • Take one sheet of ScreenFilm™ 5.0 compatible Film.
  • Peel Step 1: Remove only the very thin, flimsy outer layer (be careful not to remove the actual film).

  • Place the film into the feeder by aligning it with the white bar inside the right side of the machine. Push it forward until it auto-feeds.

Select the Cut

  • On the touchscreen, choose Phone → Model (example: iPhone 16 Pro).
  • Choose Type of cut (Full front, case friendly, etc.).
  • Tap Traceless Film (important – this ensures the film is cut with four oval holes for the installer posts).
  • Tap Send to start cutting.

Prepare the Device

  • Clean the device screen thoroughly with a wet wipe.
  • Dry and polish with a microfiber cloth.
  • Inspect carefully – any dust or debris left will show under the protector.

Place the Device

  • Set the phone face up inside the install chamber. It doesn't need to be perfectly straight, but ensure top of phone is facing right.
  • Tap Apply Film → Confirm → Clamp → Confirm.
  • The machine will automatically center the phone for installation.
  • Slide the red lever under the phone forward to support it.

Align and Position Film

  • After cutting is complete, peel the protector sheet from its backing like turning a book page.
  • Important: Do not touch the sticky underside of the film.
  • Align the four oval cutouts with the four posts inside the machine:
    • Large holes → left side
    • Small holes → right side
  • Press the corners of the film over the posts securely.

Automatic Installation

  • Close the lid.
  • On the screen, select Apply Film.
  • For ScreenFilm Ultra, select TPU Film option. For UV curing ScreenFilms select the applicable option.
  • Tap Start – the machine will install the film automatically.

Final Steps

  • When the process finishes, tap Confirm and remove the phone.
  • Peel away the two small outer alignment strips from the four posts.
  • Roll back the final protective layer from the screen being careful not to peel the newly applied protector from the phone.
  • Inspect – you should now have a perfectly centered, bubble-free install.
  • If small remnants remain, simply wipe them away with the microfiber cloth. If any small bubbles are around edges, use included squeegee to work from the inside out and press firmly to remove.
✅ That's it – load film, select cut, clean phone, place, align, press start.
Perfect install every time.
